This customer built car came back to us last week for pre IVA checks followed by submission to the UK IVA test. After a few adjustments & some suspension set up the car passed the test with flying colours at the first time of asking this morning.
The car is fitted with a 2.5 Busso V6 & corresponding 6 speed gearbox from an Alfa 156. The car is finished in RAL 3002 polished gelcoat & rides on our 16/17″ billet wheel combination which are fitted with Toyo R88Rr tyres. Brakes are our standard 4 pot front and rear with vented rotors also front & rear. Damping is provided by Nitron racing systems
The chassis on this one is a little different as it is one of two specials we built to accommodate taller than average drivers.
We also created an alternative seat pattern which also helps increase the leg room available within the car.
With paperwork submitted the owner hopes to be on the road in the very near future.
